Two show doors, drawings to finished parts in a couple of days
A local theater needed a set of decorative doors on a short schedule. Each one was cut from a single sheet of birch plywood, with clean, tear-out-free edges ready for paint.

We draw it up for you
No CAD files? Send a sketch, a designer's elevation or reference photos. We'll build the cut files in Fusion 360 or Vectric Aspire and check them with you first.

Elevations, DXF or DWG files, or sketches with key dimensions, plus when you need the parts.

Approve the quote
We confirm material, thickness and quantities, and send a proof of anything we drew for you.

Pick up your parts
Parts come off the machine cut, cleaned up and labeled, ready for your shop to assemble and paint.
We work in birch and hardwood plywood, MDF and other sheet goods. Files we accept: DXF, DWG, SVG, AI and PDF. Ask about other materials.
